12 Week Warrior Program

What is it?
It's a 12 week course designed to help build strength, muscle and overall confidence in the gym and your training!
Who's it for?
It's for people who want to;
-Have some structure
-Make legitimate progress in the gym
-Want to feel more confident in their training and their body
-Want to commit to themselves and their health
What options or packages are there?
You have the option of purely online or a hybrid set up, the following packages are;
Warrior Online - Train from anywhere! You get a 12 week plan which has a set structure but is adjustable based on your confidence and ability, with a set calorie "window", a 12 week accountability sheet with written weekly feedback to keep you going!
Warrior Boost - Online guidance, in person results! You get the online package as well as a block of either 6,8 or 10 in person coaching session to use over the course of the 12 weeks, use them to gain confidence in areas of the gym, form check on exercises or just to push yourself that little bit more in your training!
Warrior Elite - The ultimate combination for unstoppable progress! You get the online package as well as a choice of 1,2 or 3 weekly coaching sessions, take your 12 weeks to the next level by having weekly sessions and pushing your limits each time!
